You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. The store currently serves United States delivery addresses. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use it for unlawful activity.

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, dimensions, compatibility, and prices accurately. Screen colors and natural material texture may vary. Vehicle make alone does not guarantee key fit; customers must compare the key shape, button layout, and profile shown before ordering. We may contact you for fit confirmation.

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, verification, fraud, delivery, or legal reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by the provider selected at checkout and are subject to that provider’s terms.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and carrier terms; this does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

The AKIIKA name, site design, text, photography, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to AKIIKA and may not be copied, sold, or commercially reused without written permission. Vehicle manufacturers and third-party marks belong to their respective owners; references identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For claims that may lawfully be limited, AKIIKA’s aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. The laws applicable to the merchant’s place of establishment govern these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your location.
